In short, I’ve never actually seen a ghost. Maybe it’s because the paranormal just aren’t attracted to me. Maybe it’s because I’ve never been inside the most haunted places I’ve been to. Maybe it’s because ghosts aren’t real…But one thing’s for sure – I’m always on the lookout for ’em. I took these photos myself apart from the White House. I looked for some ghosts to appear in the other photographs because that’s usually where they appear in the movies. But DAMN! no luck 😦
Why was I there? The SBU Hellinger Awards at the National Press Club! I decided to take a stroll past the White House and watch some lovely protests outside while I ate a sub. I’ve heard it’s pretty easy to stroll across the front lawn and into the White House, but I didn’t want to risk being eaten by a Secret Service hound.
Why was I there? Well, I was touring around Long Beach harbor on a sailing trip one evening. Probably the most relaxing trip I’ve ever been on really. Drinkin’ beers and jammin’ out to some Bob Marley as we sailed around the harbor – I snapped this photograph of these lovely birds as we sailed past the Queen Mary and thought of all the ghosts that were probly inside – but we decided to hit up the pubs – so no ghosts for me. I’m sure it was our Bob Marley cassette that kept them at bay.
Why was I there? Vacation of course! There’s nothing better than a nice trip to London, mate. Actually I was visiting a friend of mine living in Stanford and we took a tour ’round the city. There’s honsetly so much to see in London we just didin’t have time to go inside the Tower of London. I’d been there once as a child as well but don’t remember much. This was the first time I’d seen it lit up at night however – when ghosts are supposed to come out and scare the shit out of you. But I don’t think they’re open to the public during paranormal hours.
